In this unprecedented era of the COVID-19 crisis we all need guidance to help us move forward. It seems that everything around us is changing and leadership is no exception. Levin Group has compiled a list of 7 C’s that we believe are leadership essentials in a time of crisis. We will to provide these “C’s” throughout the week  and we urge practice leaders focus on implementing them in their practices.

C-1: The first C is Compassion. There’s probably never been a time where compassion is more needed than right now. For years Levin Group consultants have taught that compassion is the number one characteristic of great leaders.

C-2: The second C is Communicate (daily). You should be communicating with your team by text, email, or short video every day and talking to each team member one-on-one every week. These are the people who supported you pre-COVID-19 and they are the same people who will help you in the recovery.
