Check in with new patients. Bringing in new patients is always critical and even more so in recovery. Find one or two new ways to let every new patient know how much you appreciate them. It can be a quick text message following their first appointment, an evening phone call following their first treatment, or simply creating an incredible new patient experience. These gestures will all go a long way toward keeping and attracting new patients.
