Do something different. If you’re feeling down or depressed in these uncertain times, try doing something different. Take a different route to work, eat something different for lunch, watch a different TV show or new station, or try an exercise that you’ve never tried before. Sometimes a simple change can snap you right back into being positive, energized, and enthusiastic. Sometimes it’s that simple.
