In dentistry the most important statistic is production. Production reveals how well the practice is performing, its level of efficiency, and other important factors. If practice production isn’t growing or has plateaued then the practice should reevaluate the current systems to determine if they need to be improved or replaced. In Levin Group’s 30-year study of top 10% performing practices, we continually found that top 10% practices are almost always implementing new systems or new aspects of system to allow them to go to the next level of growth. The same concept will work for practices at any level.
