In this unprecedented era of the COVID-19 crisis we all need guidance to help us move forward. It seems that everything around us is changing and leadership is no exception. Levin Group has compiled a list of 7 C’s that we believe are leadership essentials in a time of crisis. We will to provide these “C’s” throughout the week  and we urge practice leaders focus on implementing them in their practices.

C-6: The sixth C is Calm. Regardless of how you feel, this is a time to remain calm and project calmness as a great leader. When you talk to your team, friends, and family, be what everyone needs in a crisis—calm, thoughtful, and supportive.
