In this unprecedented era of the COVID-19 crisis we all need guidance to help us move forward. It seems that everything around us is changing and leadership is no exception. Levin Group has compiled a list of 7 C’s that we believe are leadership essentials in a time of crisis. We will to provide these “C’s” throughout the week  and we urge practice leaders focus on implementing them in their practices.

C-7: The seventh C is Considerate. You’ll be asking landlords, suppliers, bankers, and others for help and guidance. You’ll be asking to renegotiate some of your contracts. Be considerate of others. People will remember how you treat them in a crisis, and it will add or delete permanently to the level of your relationship.
