Some patients will be afraid to come back to the dental practice even after the COVID-19 crisis is over. Be sure to keep in touch with these patients on a 90-day cycle. We have evidence from the 2008 – 2009 recession that shows when practices properly and continually followed up with patients, they lost less patients than those who did not stay in consistent communication with their patient base.
