Keep communicating with patients after re-opening. Every two to four weeks send an email or a short video to touch base with your patients, let them know that the practice is fully operational, and inform them about the practice’s safety precautions. Remember to keep the conversation light. If you go overboard on safety you will scare people instead of achieving your ultimate goal—creating comfort and confidence.
