Measure, measure, measure.  In a crisis, you must focus on the most important measurements every day. Waiting a month may be too long and cause negative effects for the practice. During this time it will help to focus on fewer but very specific key performance indicators such as production, collection, income, expenses, number of new patients, number of active patients and number of patients to be reactivated.
