Take some time to clean out your office. We’ve become a nation of pack rats. If you want to avoid this for your office, set a time when the entire team can spend an hour or two with the doctor identifying items the practice no longer uses or needs, re-organizing shelves and drawers, and creating a clean, uncluttered look. If you can’t do that, find one thing today in the practice that you can throw away. It’s not a full cleanup but it’s a start!
