The treatment coordinator (TC) must be your most energetic staff member. Patients and parents pick up almost instantly on the energy and attitude of the TC. We have always found that high energy TCs have higher close rates even if they don’t have the highest level of training. Just imagine a well-trained TC with high energy and a great attitude. They sky is the limit!
