Are your systems integrated? It is not enough to simply have one good system. For example, we see specialty practices that have excellent marketing, but inferior new parent phone calls, consults, or customer service. By inferior we do not mean awful, just not as good as another system. The key is to make sure that all your systems are working well and are fully integrated with each other. When systems are integrated, your practice will function like a well-oiled machine poised to increase practice production every year.
