Really? We often hear the expression “Really?” when we have meetings with doctors and their staff. “Really?” is usually verbalized by a doctor who is shocked to find out about something inefficient happening in the practice. Doctors are busy being doctors and do not spend their days like business managers looking around to see how to improve performance. So, look around your practice and talk to the team. If you find yourself asking, “Really?” after talking with a team member, then you know there is something that should be improved.
