Develop a continuing education plan. Rather than just attending local educational events where the speakers are selected by a committee, you might want to think about what specific education will benefit the practice. It could be for the entire office or just one person, but education is still the key to advancement. Creating an annual continuing education plan should be part of your practice’s annual strategic planning.
