Never be too busy…It is a reality that sometimes practices are just too busy to pay attention to their parents and patients. Or at least the parent or patient who is in front of them. Sometimes there is so much going on that we either don’t acknowledge the parent or patient in front of us or we give them a very cursory greeting or hello and then look away. Make it a rule to greet all parents and patients warmly and with enthusiasm and this scenario will never occur.
